I’m Liz, an experienced psychotherapist providing a safe, welcoming space for individuals, couples, and young people. My approach blends psychodynamic and systemic therapy, trauma-informed care, and neurodivergent-aware practice. I work collaboratively with clients, helping you understand patterns in your life, heal emotional wounds, and develop authentic, meaningful connections.

I offer psychosexual therapy to support clients in exploring intimacy, sexual wellbeing, and relational dynamics at a pace that feels safe and respectful.

I also use art within the therapeutic process as an optional, creative way to support expression and emotional exploration, tailored to your needs.

Alongside my clinical work, I am a trained mental health first aider and an intimacy coordinator, bringing a deep understanding of emotional safety, boundaries, and embodied experience to my practice.

My work supports clients with relationships, intimacy, anxiety, depression, ADHD, domestic abuse (where the harmer is accountable), and experiences of sexual or relational trauma.

I offer sessions face-to-face in London Liverpool Street and Chelmsford, as well as secure online via Zoom, providing flexibility and accessibility for your needs. My style is warm, grounded, and attuned — helping you feel seen, heard, and supported on your journey.
