ELIZABETH HART THERAPY (1)_edited.jpg

Working with young people has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my career. Their curiosity, honesty, and openness to change continually inspire me. I offer a calm, supportive space where teenagers can explore emotions, relationships, identity, hormonal changes, emerging sexuality, and first sexual experiences — all without pressure or judgement.

My approach is grounded in a Diploma in Child Psychology, alongside advanced training in neurodiversity (Autism, PDA, ADHD) and specialised qualifications in depression, anxiety, BPD, self-harm, and self-sabotage. I also hold a Relate qualification focused on supporting young people exploring gender and sexuality.

With a BA Hons in Sculpture and Puppetry and a qualification in Art Therapy, I integrate creative, hands-on methods that help young people express their emotions, process experiences, and communicate in ways that feel natural and empowering.

Together, we work gently and collaboratively to support confidence, wellbeing, and healthy development during this pivotal stage of life.
